2nd car from this dealership This was our 2nd car from this dealership in a span of 3 months. Friendly sales manager can make deals without harassing customers. I already know I'll love the car. It's a Honda. This dealership has high volume, so they can make negotiations and get the right car color for you pretty easily. Jim Cirimele was very thorough when teaching us how to use CR-V we were purchasing from him. He also went beyond his duties to teach us how to use similar features in our 2014 Civic that we had bought from another salesman, who apparently didn't teach us thoroughly. Jim also caught some issues with our finance paperwork that the finance guy did not catch. We ended up having to sign our paperwork 3 times because the finance guy messed up, but that had nothing to do with the Jim or his sales manager. More

New Honda Wow, what an experience. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Garry. Garry asked me nothing regarding my financial situation, he asked me Wow, what an experience. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Garry. Garry asked me nothing regarding my financial situation, he asked me nothing regarding my timeline to buy, what Garry asked me was how I was, how he could help educate me about Honda. For the first time I felt like he was wanting to give me something instead of wanting something from me, which was the feeling that I had gotten from 3 other dealerships earlier that day. An example was, one dealership sales person wanted to run my credit to determine what kind of customer I was. With Garry, I felt like he was an ole friend that was helping me complete a project that I was trying to complete. Garry, beat TRUECAR price, and got me the best deal that I have ever received in the last 9 vehicles that I have purchased in the last 3.5 years. It was pure joy to have Garry as my salesman and I look forward to conversing with him regarding my next purchase. More

Great Car, Great Price, Great Experience First off, let me say that with my experience, any rating of 5 is NOT enough. My wife and I bought a beautiful new 2015 Honda Accord (fully loaded.) First off, let me say that with my experience, any rating of 5 is NOT enough. My wife and I bought a beautiful new 2015 Honda Accord (fully loaded.) When we drove on the lot, we had no intention of buying any vehicle that day (this was about our 6th car lot visit in a two week period.) Alexander Jacobson greeted us with a huge smile and great personality. All he ever asked was for us to give him a chance. OK. Including looking at our vehicle, a couple of trips to see his boss plus one hour, we got our new car for OUR price. Am I happy...OH YEAH!! Between Alexander and Vinnie Ferrone, our Finance Guy, what a great experience in car buying...CAR BUYING AND GREAT EXPERIENCE...WHEN HAVE YOU EVER HEARD THAT?!?!?!?!?
