I visited several dealerships during my search and easily had the best experience at AutoPark Honda. I decided on a 2014 Honda CRV. Malik Moss was my salesman, and he did an excellent job. I explained the situation, he understood and worked with me to get me the best deal that fit my needs. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and even was willing to take my calls/questions after hours to help me in my search. Compared to other dealerships in this area, AutoPark Honda is head and shoulders above the competition. They earned my business this go around, and will be my first stop in the future when looking for another vehicle. More

So, my preference was the Toyota Sienna, mainly because I'm happy with my Toyota Prius and the service that Toyota Hendrick is offering me. I'd like to emphasize that I came back to purchase the Odyssey not only because my husband liked the car, but because of the Joe Lunich service. He was really the trigger for my decision of purchasing with you. If I consider your after sales service, the one that I'm facing now, I regret to purchase the car with Autopark Honda, because I had a question about my car and came over to talk with some knowledgeable person, without calling Joe, because I thought, even though Joe was out of office that day, I would have the same service, thinking that was kind of standard at AutoPark Honda, big mistake! My seller wasn't there, NOBODY was willing to provide the information, even the technicians who perform maintenance in the car!!! How can I trust to give my car to a place where I can rely exclusivelly on the person who sold me a car? It means, if Joe leaves the company, I have to call and follow him where he is going to change the brand or dealler! This is unacceptable! Now, I also, regret to purchase all the services related warranty extention and maintenance with you, because I'm questioning if I'm going to have the same bad experience I had after I bought the car, when I visited you to clarify some questions with your After Sales Team. Another issue is offering manicure and massage to the customers (???) Why don't you ask your customers what is VALUE for them? When I go visit a dealer I want to have a very good care and fast service on my car, I can have a coffe or soda while I wait to get it back, but not manicure and massage. At this point, again Toyota Hendrick is years beyond of evolution that you: They are offering to wash the car forever, how may times the customer wish, so I can have my Prius washed by machine externally for 5 minutes, while I drink a very delicious capuccino, once a week and I can ask all of my questions to understand better how to use my Prius, all the team are always smiling and happy to support me, so I bought 8 years from warranty extention from them, no regrets. More

Finally I ended up at Autopark Honda after a recommendation from a friend and asked for Larry Willis. I could not have been happier! He helped me find the car that I would be the most comfortable in (an Odyssey), a price that fit my budget, and spent time with me to make sure that I got everything I needed! He took his time and didn't nag me into buying. I will definitely send my friends to Autopark Honda! More

He spent a lot of time showing me the features of the car, explaining the difference between the standard and sport models, and discussing the financing options so I would have a monthly payment that was within my budget. I wanted a manual transmission and he was able to find one at another location and have it transferred to their lot. I had never bought a new car and had a lot of questions, but he helped make the entire process (loan paperwork, trading in my old car, etc.) easy and straightforward. I found him to be a very friendly and likeable salesperson who really listened to and cared about what was important to me. I never felt rushed or pressured -- he allowed me time and space to consider all of my options. I highly recommend him and Auto Park Honda! More
