Finally I ended up at Autopark Honda after a recommendation from a friend and asked for Larry Willis. I could not have been happier! He helped me find the car that I would be the most comfortable in (an Odyssey), a price that fit my budget, and spent time with me to make sure that I got everything I needed! He took his time and didn't nag me into buying. I will definitely send my friends to Autopark Honda! More

He spent a lot of time showing me the features of the car, explaining the difference between the standard and sport models, and discussing the financing options so I would have a monthly payment that was within my budget. I wanted a manual transmission and he was able to find one at another location and have it transferred to their lot. I had never bought a new car and had a lot of questions, but he helped make the entire process (loan paperwork, trading in my old car, etc.) easy and straightforward. I found him to be a very friendly and likeable salesperson who really listened to and cared about what was important to me. I never felt rushed or pressured -- he allowed me time and space to consider all of my options. I highly recommend him and Auto Park Honda! More

Great First Experience at AutoPark Honda Purchased a new vehicle earlier this week and it was an amazing experience because of the people involved. This was my first trip to AutoPark Honda an Purchased a new vehicle earlier this week and it was an amazing experience because of the people involved. This was my first trip to AutoPark Honda and it was a great place to visit, but the key was the people I dealt with. Two in particular: 1) Laura Robinette, Internet Sales - she was very courteous, prompt, and informative in her email exchanges. In fact, I was talking to several other dealers including Sanford, Burlington, and Crowne, and none of them were as responsive and helpful as Laura was. Once the initial quote was worked out and agreeable, I was referred to meet with Charlie Kline (sales manager) who then introduced us to the sales rep, Ronny Davis. 2) Ronny Davis was an awesome salesman. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful - we had done our homework ahead of time so he was very responsive to our requests and needs. He helped facilitate a great deal, was extremely informative about the vehicle we were purchasing, and helped follow through with getting the add ons we wanted in a timely manner. Took delivery of the vehicle today and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend Ronny Davis at AutoPark Honda for your next Honda purchase. More

Great Overall Buying Experience!! My husband and I were interested in a used Honda Pilot. We had searched online for several weeks trying to narrow down exactly what we were looking My husband and I were interested in a used Honda Pilot. We had searched online for several weeks trying to narrow down exactly what we were looking for. We had visited a different dealership and weren't too impressed. We then decided to check out some advertised Pilots at Autopark Honda in Cary that were within our budget and had the specs that we were looking for. Caitlin was extremely friendly and helped us to set up an appointment through communication via the internet. We also spoke with Jon Choi before coming in to confirm what we were interested in. John couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. The vehicle we specifically asked for was there waiting for us out front and he walked us to others that had come in and weren't even on their website yet. After looking at all of their current inventory of used Pilots we ultimately decided to go with the one he originally had pulled for us. After discussing the options for finalizing up all the details on the car as well as the overall price, we were able to make a decision and buy the car! Glen came in and helped us to negotiate a fair and even transaction. We were able to do a trade-in to help us with the cost and Glen and Jon both were very easy to work with and communicated with us during the entire process. After deciding on a price and finishing the trade-in Jon helped to show us around the electronic side of the car and program some extras for us. This was the first time we had bought a car from a dealership as a married couple and it could not have been more pleasant. All in all we got a great car for an extremely fair price with a great team of people. We will definitely recommend this dealership and these team members to our friends and family and we also recommend them to anyone who wants to have a positive experience when buying a car and leave with exactly what you want and need for what you want to pay.
