We offered to buy Mark's dinner, that's how awesome he is (he declined). When it came time to speak with another representative, Mark watched our kids for us, with a smile on his face, after 7 hours. Several months ago, I was at Autopark Honda looking at a Honda Civic and worked with salesman Peter Gazzard. When I was really ready to buy this weekend, Peter was not available, but he recommended me to work with salesman Jon Choi. I'm so glad he did, because our experience from beginning to end was smooth, stress free, and fun. It turned out that I was actually able to afford a 2014 Honda Accord Sport, and Jon helped us to work out an amazing deal for a beautiful car that I will be happy with for a long time. I definitely recommend these guys for a positive car buying experience! More

Don Rigsbee was the sales rep and treated me with courtesy and there was no pressure to buy. I believe I got a reasonable deal. I have already recommended Don and the dealership to a friend. who is looking for a new car. The only negative aspect was in registering the new vehicle. I had renewed the registration on my trade in the day before purchasing the new car. I was told by the sales manager (?) that my plates could not be transferred to the new car because of a change in the registered names. I accepted this explanation. When I went to turn in my plates the next day, I was told by DMV that I could in fact have used the old plates and have saved some money. Very disappointing, considering the hefty admin fees charged. Aside from this minor problem, I felt fairly treated by the dealership and especially by Don Rigsbee whose courtesy, friendliness, and knowledge of his product was outstanding. More

I immediately sensed he wanted to help and be available for q Sales Consultant, Ronny Davis, met us after we drove on the lot on a Saturday afternoon. I immediately sensed he wanted to help and be available for questions and not be that push salesman. During the test drive it was apparent who personable Ronny was as he interacted and talked with my family. Ronny answered all my questions to help guide me as to which model I would be interested in. I spent the next two days driving other makes of cars before deciding on the Honda. Ronny gave me the space to look at other cars and didn't constantly call me as I looked. Thanks Ronny! I returned on Monday and met with Ronny and told him we had decided on the Honda but may want a different vehicle. He graciously took us out again on another test drive. After deciding on the Accord - Ronny told me the one we wanted wasn't in their current inventory. He went to work and found one and had it brought to AutoPark. What I learned during that process was Ronny came in on his day off work to ensure the vehicle was delivered and I got the Honda a day or two earlier than I would have. Thanks again, Ronny! I am usually somewhat intimidated doing negotiations with price but Ronny was very relaxed and helped me feel comfortable in talking about price. We quickly arrived at a price and the dealer made the paper work an easy and smooth process. Time was spent going over the car and my wife and I both left the lot familiar with all the aspects of the car. Purchase of Used Odyssey 7 years ago I purchased a new Accord. The salesman was Luigi. Last week I purchased a used Odyssey. The salesman was Jeff Fisher. The Business Manager 7 years ago I purchased a new Accord. The salesman was Luigi. Last week I purchased a used Odyssey. The salesman was Jeff Fisher. The Business Manager was Luigi. The trade in was the 2007 Accord. Both Jeff and Luigi did a great job and I would recommend Auto Park Honda for the job they do. I have used the Service Dept. for the last 7 years and will continue to do the same for the Odyssey. Jim Brack More
