For the next several hours I worked with Ferrante and he was knowledgeable, very thorough and pleasant. He led me through the whole process and he offered specific guidance in the areas I needed help with-the Bluetooth, camera, and use of the menu. He explained the facts of either lease or purchase and allowed me to proceed with my decision. He offered much additional information that was helpful to me about the car. I recently made a trip to the Cary Auto Mall in a search of a new car. I started with one of the Hendrick dealerships due to referral. After driving around looking at all the lots that were associated with of a new car. I started with one of the Hendrick dealerships due to referral. After driving around looking at all the lots that were associated with Hendrick dealership I did not find what I was looking for. Instead I was offered options that did not fit my need. What customer wants to be sold on something they don't want? Of course I left that dealership and decided to check out Honda. I am glad I did. I saw a car that sparked my interest right away. Customer service connected me with Jason Hill to be my sales consultant. He listened to what I was looking for in a car, did not try to sell me something I did not want, was knowledgeable and able to answer questions. Great customer service skills, made the car buying process easy, fun and never felt pressured. Working with Luigi sealed the deal for me. He is personable and makes you feel like family and not just another transaction. I am happy with my car purchase and a great customer service that I received. Thank you. More
We had been to another Honda Dealership in Durham and were very turnoff by the Finance Manager there. So we decided to head down to Autopark Honda. We were greeted upon arrival and Don Hillenbrand was were very turnoff by the Finance Manager there. So we decided to head down to Autopark Honda. We were greeted upon arrival and Don Hillenbrand was our sales representative. We were pretty sure we wanted the Honda CRV over the Subaru Forester but had a few more questions. Don was very helpful in answering without being pushy. He gave us fair pricing without all the back and forth people typically deal with when buying a car. We spent several hours there and decided to go home and think about it. Again, Don didn't pressure us at all. We ended up coming back later that evening. Even though Don was with another customer, he got us the key to the car to check it out again. We decided to go with the CRV. We had to come the following Monday to finalize the deal, but Don handled everything very smoothly even though there were a few issues beyond his control. He spoke to the finance manager, Luigi, on our behalf as we were doing our own private financing so we didn't have to try to be "convinced" to switch to Honda financing. The car was ready and waiting for us except for the roof rack that had to be ordered. The roof rack came in exactly when Don said it would and we were able to schedule an appointment for installation 2 days later. Very pleased with the all around experience and especially Don's low key sales style. It was quite refreshing. Would definitely purchase from Autopark Honda again and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great job Don! More

Of course, my bike back in India was Honda Unicorn:) Christopher Kenny worked with me right from collecting the details for loan application to demonstrating new features incorporated in 2014 model and handing over the keys. I interacted with a couple of car salesmen in the past. But Chris is unique as to keeping smile on his face, showing courtesy all the time, good etiquette, thorough knowledge about van features. It was a wonderful customer service. I am also impressed with the free oil change and towing services being offered by Autopark Honda. I am sure I will visit this place again along with my friends. I was forced to purchase a car due to mine being totaled so it was not something I had planned to do. Autopark Honda was the first and only Honda dealership I visited; I had bought a used Honda Accord from so it was not something I had planned to do. Autopark Honda was the first and only Honda dealership I visited; I had bought a used Honda Accord from this same dealership back in 2006. My experience was good then so I decided to start there. My sales person was Vince Miserendino and he was very helpful. While I was initially looking for a used car, he showed me the new Honda Civics and Honda Civic Hybirds as other options. I had not even thought of purchasing a new car or a Civic. After driving the Hybrid, I had made my decision and my negotiation with Vince happened easily and quickly and I am very happy with my decision. More

This most recent time I had the pleasure of working with Michael Kennedy who really knows his stuff. It is always helpful to deal with a salesperson who can accurately answer very detailed questions off the top of his head. He was also willing to adjust his schedule and go out of his way to make sure we were able to finish the deal. More
