This was my first experience buying a car - I took my dad along to help me navigate through the unknown world of sales pitches and sneaky tactics. I went to a couple other Dealerships, and it definitely helps that Honda has such a great product that selling is not entirely necessary. They sell themselves. Regardless, Chris was wonderful. He explained things clearly and honestly - not giving any pitches or guilt trips. He listened to what I wanted - not what my Dad wanted, or what most people my age want, but what I wanted. I am buying the car, and I really appreciated that he treated me as the buyer - the other dealerships talked to my dad and barely asked me anything. (I'm in my mid twenties) He wasn't pushy either - I wanted a certain color exterior and interior of my car, and that car wasn't in their dealership. He didn't try to sell me on another color - he immediately started working on a way to get the car I wanted to me. When they found it, he personally drove the car back to the dealership, so I could pick it up on a day when I got off work early. He went above and beyond, but at the same time I got a great deal on a wonderful car. Even my Dad, who has bought probably 7 or 8 cars, and who has gone with 5 or so people to help them get their car, said that this experience was the best he's had buying a car.
