Eric was very friendly and we appreciated his laid-back approach to selling cars. This was our first car purchase, and we were not looking forward to the high pressure sales tactics we came to expect from approach to selling cars. We went to a few dealerships and talked with several people online, and we came to find out that Eric's approach is somewhat unique. Other dealerships didn't seem to think much of our intelligence, they tried to push unnecessary add-ons like pinstripes or fabric protection by having already put them on the car, using fuzzy math, or putting time limits on us (finance cash will only last a day or two, only four cars in the state with this color, etc.). Eric gave us the out-the-door price, and it aligned with the prices we saw from sites like KBB, truecar, and edmunds. Overall, I was pleased with the process. We ended up getting a new 2014 CRV. More

Jeff was really friendly and really helpful. He doesn't pressure you, he lets you take your time to think (with just a few emails here and there which can be expected from a car salesman), and he t doesn't pressure you, he lets you take your time to think (with just a few emails here and there which can be expected from a car salesman), and he tells you straightforward what can be done and what cannot be done deal wise (also very rare in a car salesman). If you are serious about buying he tries to get you the best deal possible with the management, which I really liked as well. He was really nice, upbeat, and youthful which made it really easy to talk to him. He is very understanding and doesn't act like know it all which I see with a lot of car salesman. I would definitely recommend him to any young couple looking to buy a car. 5 on 5 from me :) More
