The two salesmen who helped me were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to be sure I got the car I wanted. As soon as the financial paperwork was completed and the car was released to me the two salesmen made sure I was confortable with all the new features . I visited Autopark Honda after doing extensive research on the Honda Pilot. I needed to trade / sell my existing car for a certain amount in order to purchase the Pilot and needed to upgrade to a Pilot du on the Honda Pilot. I needed to trade / sell my existing car for a certain amount in order to purchase the Pilot and needed to upgrade to a Pilot due to a rapidly growing family. Barbara Yarber greeted me upon arriving and immediately got to work on assessing my trade. We didn't even talk about the purchase of a new car until she had gathered all necessary information on my current vehicle. I appreciated Barbara's no-nonsense approach to taking care of the most important issue or me--the value of my current car. I provided Honda with some pretty stringent parameters for the purchase of a pre-owned Pilot and Barbara, Charlie Kline and Carl Salyer worked tirelessly to meet my needs. They were patient and clear with what they could and could not do for me. They thought creatively about ways to make the Pilot work within my budget (while being very upfront and clear about financing and costs). When I returned to the dealership to complete the purchase (including a test drive), Honda had me in and out of the door in a little over 2 hours. I also noted that Honda's pre-owned prices were better than those I saw on similar models at CarMax or AuctionDirect and Honda Autopark's cars were in better condition. I have bought 3 previous cars at other local dealerships and never experienced the customer service and forthrightness that I experienced at Autopark Honda. I highly recommend this dealership and Barbara Yarber. Through their efforts, the employees at Honda Autopark created a customer for life. More

He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and providing helpful information. He didn't pressure us beyond politely asking for our business when decision time came. Of course, he and the Finance Manager both tried to sell us additional warranties and aftermarket stuff, which we likely declined except for the key loss protection which made complete sense and was worth the cost so we bought that. So overall we got a great new car at a great price from a great sales Rep and Dealer. We're very pleased so far. More
