I was ready to buy a new car and had been going around to several dealerships to decide what I wanted. I stopped at Autopark Honda with my girlfriend and met salesman Charlie Bruce. I explained that I have been driving a 1989 (yes, really) Accord and I was ready for something new. My decision was now between the 2013 Camry SE and the 2013 Accord Sport, but I still needed to test drive the Accord. Almost instantly I saw a relieved smile from Charlie as he explained he thought that I'd be much happier with the Accord. We walked out to do the test drive car and I soon saw he was right. Charlie took time to get to know me and my girlfriend so he could understand what we might want in a vehicle. Before the test drive, Charlie also took time to explain all the features that were standard on the Accord Sport. Nice standard features like a backup camera, bluetooth smartphone integration, and dual climate control definitely had an edge over the Camry. As a detail-oriented buyer, I had looked up most of these features already, but Charlie took the time to show us how they worked. When I asked him about details for something he wasn't sure about, he freely admitted that he wasn't positive. I appreciate that much more than getting bad or wrong information. A previous dealership's salesman had me test drive a 2014 Camry, thinking it was a 2013. We didn't stay there very long. When I test drove the Accord, I was impressed. The CVT gave acceleration far smoother than anything else I had tested. By the end of the drive, my mind decision was made, as long as I could get a color I liked. Luckily, they had every color in stock. I had already run dealer price comparisons and came armed with an excellent email quote from another Honda dealer. When I showed this to Charlie, he said it was no problem and they'd be happy to match the quote. Negotiation was easy and I never felt pressured. Charlie showed me payment options for different loan terms. He explained some of the add-on options they offer and why I might or might not want them. I finished by working with the dealer finance manager, Vinnie Ferrone. Vinnie was friendly and made the whole process very easy to understand. After lots of signatures, my new car was ready to drive home! I would recommend AutoPark Honda and salesman Charlie Bruce to anyone in the market for a new car. When it's time for another car, I'm sure we'll be paying Charlie another visit. More

I was greeting by Mr. Rainey as soon as I got out the car. He was friendly, attentive, and let me know that he would be assisting me with my lease. He explained the transparency of the process, let me view everything on the computer, and made the process smooth and extremely positive. The options of car color, interior, and the price quoted were clear and I felt that the car leasing would happen. He also let me know that the option of a lease protection program, would be explained by the sales manager. There were no surprises, everything was explained beforehand...letting me know the car needed to be inspected, cleaned, gassed up, everything. Although I made a major purchase or financial investment with Autopark Honda, the ease of the process and the low key atmosphere, made the moment less anxious. Mr. Rainey 's professionalism and positive posture encourages me to return to Autopark Honda and to recommend your dealership to others. More
Car shopping is one of those things I just do not like to do. However, from the time Mark Yingling introduced himself to us until we walked out the door driving a CR-V off of the lot Mark did an excellent j do. One of the things I don't like about car shopping is the pressure I feel to buy. We never felt pressured with Mark. Actually, the opposite occurred. He presented different scenarios and even suggested we may want to wait until we could pay down what we owed on our trade in. The finance office picked up right where Mark left off, making us comfortable and at ease.
