Very good experience - David was helpful without being pushy. I thought he gave me a good price without hassling and made buying the car relatively easy. One suggestion, not about David, but about the young man who was the technician who showed me how things work in my new car and helped set up my bluetooth. He turned the A/C and the radio up to full blast and then proceeded to shout over both of them. I couldn't understand a word he said after that. I finally had to interrupt him and turn both down. It's great to show how everything works, but then turn them down or off, or let the customer fiddle with the settings. More
