Very good experience - David was helpful without being pushy. I thought he gave me a good price without hassling and made buying the car relatively easy. I was getting some service work done on my old Honda at the same visit and everyone was very helpful and it all came together. One suggestion, not about David, but about the young man who was the technician who showed me how things work in my new car and helped set up my bluetooth. He turned the A/C and the radio up to full blast and then proceeded to shout over both of them. I couldn't understand a word he said after that. I finally had to interrupt him and turn both down. It's great to show how everything works, but then turn them down or off, or let the customer fiddle with the settings. More

After an initial poor experience with a sales rep at the dealership, I took a two month sabbatical from the shopping experience and returned to participate in a positive negotiation and purchase...our 3rd H dealership, I took a two month sabbatical from the shopping experience and returned to participate in a positive negotiation and purchase...our 3rd Honda purchase from AutoPark. Christopher Kenney was the difference maker through it all. I can not offer enough complements to his professional assistance and patience. My recommendation in considering a purchase from APH is simply find a rep that you click with...if you might not click with someone, start over. The dealership has a great policy of not restricting you to work with a certain sales professional just because he/she approached you first. More

We had never purchased a new car before, but Ali made the process easy. He was very personable, open, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We had worked out the deal before arriving, but nevertheless Ali process easy. He was very personable, open, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We had worked out the deal before arriving, but nevertheless Ali guided us through every aspect of the process, and went to bat for us on the trade in. When we ended up not trading in a car, we suddenly had 3 vehicles and only 2 drivers at the dealership. Ali graciously offered to let us keep on of our cars there overnight, and was right there to greet us first thing in the morning when we came back to pick it up. Overall it was a great experience! I couldn't have asked for better customer service than what I received with AutoPark Honda and Jae Kim. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Last summer in 2012 I got great service & help from Jon Choi at AutoPark Honda when I purchased Odyssey. So, yesterday I just called Jon Choi when I decided to purchased another sedan. Woking with Jo Jon Choi at AutoPark Honda when I purchased Odyssey. So, yesterday I just called Jon Choi when I decided to purchased another sedan. Woking with Jon was fantastic. He helped me a lot to choose a model of sedan for my purpose and provided a good lease information which I didn't know. I went to AutoPark Honda at 7:30pm and finished deal and all paper work by 10:20pm. All process was so fast and Jon always stayed with me and kept trying to give me more information. I think that Jon is the best and I will definetly see him again. More
