I contacted the internet department to obtain a quote on a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. I received immediate feedback answering all my questions and giving me a quote for the cost of the car with the options I a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. I contacted them again to set up a time to meet and drive the car. Upon arrival we were greeted by a salesman with an umbrella. It had been raining. He opened my door and escorted my husband and I in the door. He introduced himself (Don Rigsbee), welcomed us to Honda and asked how he could help us. We asked to meet with Henry from the internet department. Don explained the process that unfolds when you work with the internet department and explained that we would be turned over to a sales person which would be him to drive the car and answer any questions. Our entire experience was fantastic. I am a veteran Honda car owner. This is my 4th Honda and I love them. My last car I bought at AutoPark Honda and also worked through the internet department with Mike Jurassic. I have all the service on my cars done at AutoPark Honda, too. Don found the car we were interested in and took us for a drive. He explained the features of the car highlighting safety and the newest features. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He even looked something up for us when we returned because we had looked at something online and misunderstood what it was showing for the blindspot. Appreciate him taking the time to look at what we looked at and explained it to us. He was very thorough going over all the paper work. He was efficient. We had some wait time while the finance department was finishing with another customer. Don made use of all the time allowing us to go ahead and set some things up in the car, looking over the car for any scratches or dents, etc. He stayed with us the entire time. He had opportunities to work with other customers but he chose provide us with his full attention and service. This was probably one of the best car buying experiences that I have had.
