We came into the dealership as a first step in getting hands-on views of our short list of vehicles to replace our SUV. Even though we told Jim up front that we were not ready to purchase that day he spe hands-on views of our short list of vehicles to replace our SUV. Even though we told Jim up front that we were not ready to purchase that day he spent an enormous amount of time showing us both the Pilot and Odyssey but never pressured us to even talk about buying that day. In the end, the combination of the experience of working with Jim, the quality of the Odyssey, and the overall pricing with trade and we decided to purchase that day.
