The overall experience was good. Everyone was very friendly and the amenities at the dealership are nice. Charlie Kline insured that I got a fair price for my trade and on the pre-owned vehicle I pur friendly and the amenities at the dealership are nice. Jeff did a fantastic job following up on all the promises and details associated with the sales agreement, while Glen Finkel and Edie Robinson were very instrumental in getting repairs made on issues identified during the test-drive. Erik in finance explained all the extended warranty and finance options available and was very courteous. One suggestion: make sure to pay closer attention to detail (pre-owned certification checks) to enhance efficiency...which is critical at such a high volume dealership. More

I initially walked in to buy an '06 Honda Civic, which sold right before I got to the dealership.
