My experience was unusual in that I was working with Ali who unfortunately became ill during the process. I had been to the service department to get my oil changed on my current Honda. Then I went over to the sales department to get some information about purchasing a new Civic. The lady at the desk ca changed on my current Honda. Then I went over to the sales department to get some information about purchasing a new Civic. The lady at the desk called for assistance, and Craig Nachsin was the rep I talked to. It only took a short time for me to realize that Craig was as much interested in seeing that I was satisfied with his answers to my questions as he was in making a sale. I was really impressed by this. There was no high pressure from him. Since this was my first NEW car purchase, I knew that my parents would probably have questions, so I called them. My mother had a number of questions, and Craig very patiently and thoroughly answered all of them. She was as enthusiastic as I was with Craig's responses. This was on a Friday. On Saturday morning, we went to the dealership to complete the transaction. Craig again went over everything with us, asked us whether we had any further questions, was very cordial and appreciative for my business and then showed us into the finance office. After we finished the financial part, Craig again met up with us to tell us that it would be a few more minutes before the car was ready because they were doing the Simoniz glass coat treatment. It was only a short wait, but during that time, Craig carried me out to the car and went over a few more things regarding differences between my 2002 Honda and the 2013 Honda. Once the car was complete, Craig again thanked me for my business and I drove away--the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Civic. AutoPark Honda is the only dealership I intend to deal with in the future. Jim was very knowledgeable and friendly. I usually go to dealerships knowing more about the vehicle I'm interested in than the salesman does. Craig Nachsin was an excellent, patient, honest salesperson. He was the opposite of the "stereotypical" pushy salesman who is all about the sale over the customer needs.
