Tim was great! Stopped by to continue my car research and drove home in a new Civic. Tim was a great asset and helped me out tremendously! He was very knowledgeable about the car as well as the dealers and drove home in a new Civic. Tim was a great asset and helped me out tremendously! He was very knowledgeable about the car as well as the dealership itself. He allowed me to work through my decisions and never once pressured me into the purchase. With this being my first car purchase, I was really nervous and he was great at explaining everything to me and getting me the best deal he could. I highly recommend Tim as well as the AutoPark Honda dealership! Thanks Tim!! More

He was so thorough and patient in all of his explanations, took time to show me everything that he knew was important to me. I never felt rushed. Super guy! Came in for a service, ended up leaving with a brand new car and got a great deal! I highly recommend Kain Schenk and AutoPark Honda. More
Had a great experience. The only disappointing aspect was the push at the end for additional add-ons such as the life-time wax and damage protection. was the push at the end for additional add-ons such as the life-time wax and damage protection. More
Everyone knows you (and the dealer) negotiate 3 things: price, trade-in, and financing. After receiving engaging, front end service (Salesmen name intentionally omitted as the score does not reflect him price, trade-in, and financing. After receiving engaging, front end service (Salesmen name intentionally omitted as the score does not reflect him), we negotiated with the Finance Manager, Rick Sider, “in the back” through instant message. We hadn’t expected to get much more than a car payment out of our trade-in so when that’s what was offered, we decided to accept it at face value. We then negotiated to a reasonable price on the car and they accepted our offer that included us financing through our own lender and a $2k down payment via check from our bank. Until now, things were going as well as could be expected. Because the down payment wasn’t cash, our credit had to be ran (no problems here). Since our credit was being ran anyway, the salesmen asked if he could tell Rick they could use that credit information to see if they could BEAT the rate given by our lender (again, no problem). So we get to the back (title has to be processed, POA, etc.) and after sitting through Rick’s sales pitch for the extended warranty, etc. (no offense taken, I understand everything’s got an extended warranty these days… but no thanks) he announced that they were indeed able to match the rate and so if we would just “sign here” they would do the financing (umm… wait. huh?). We explain that we appreciate it, but we are going to go with our lender unless there is consideration given to us to use them instead. His response was, in this order: - I’m sorry, my guy told me if we could match it you would use us so that’s why I went ahead and drew up the paperwork. (yeah, sorry, nice try – strike one) - I can’t adjust anything in the price of the car because it doesn’t matter to us who you finance through because your bank and our bank just pays us the same so it won’t matter to me who you finance through so let’s just keep it through ours. (we didn’t say you had to adjust the price… you can offer to beat the bank’s rate if you want our finance business - strike two) - Come on, if we do it through your bank I’ve got to reprint all these papers you signed and each month I have to do an extra step where you could just take the check from our bank and sign it over to your bank... (HUH? YOU were the one that changed what was agreed… IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING?!?) So Rick hems and haws and grumbles as he reprints two… COUNT THAT TWO… pieces of paper that had to be resigned after which he couldn’t get us out of his office quick enough. BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE!!! So here’s the kicker: Two days later we get an email from our bank that AutoPark Honda processed our loan for the full purchase amount - apparently did not "count" the TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR check we gave them! So now it’s OUR job to go back and forth to protect our loan with the bank, our credit union for our down payment, and the “Not-very-nice-Rick” at the dealership for them to figure out how to fix all this and get back our check. Update: Within a week, our check was refunded back to us. More

The service David provided was 110%! In the past, dealing with sales personnel, at other dealerships has been almost "adversarial". In contrast David was courteous, yet affable.
