Having found the Honda Odyssey that we had interest in through Autotrader.com, I contacted Autopark Honda via telephone. When we arrived, Craig Nachsin was waiting for us outside, and greeted us warmly. We quickly discovered, given the expectation we had about having a 'car salesman' experience (where everything's overdone, cheesy, fake in an attempt at connection with us, and more focused upon making money on the sale than meeting our needs), that such an expectation simply didn't fly when it came to Craig. He was genuine and honest, exploring his thoughts/concerns regarding the vehicle we were looking at and allowing us to inspect another van, as well. Really, when it came down to it, we felt that Craig was genuinely concerned about meeting our needs both in regard to the vehicle we were looking for and the price we could afford. There was no pushiness from him at all, and we sincerely appreciated working with him and Autopark's Financial staff, as well. All in all, this was a very pleasant buying experience, and we'd recommend Craig Nachsin without hesitation. More
