I was shopping with our 25yo son, Nick, who has Autism. We wanted Nick to be part of the shopping/buying experience. Jim's easy manner made Nick's communication disability a non-issue and we all worked together. When one of our family members was unable to get to the lot, Jim made the test drive a trip to our house! This convenience made it much easier for our family to decide on the Honda Civic. We were uncertain whether or not to get the car Simonized, and I loved the way Jim brought up a History channel website that explained Simonizing. With a black car, that was a deal maker in my opinion. In fact the whole warranty package was a no-brainer to me, we got bumper-to-bumpter coverage. As Eric Despotovic, Finance associate, pointed out, "It is better to have and not need, than to need and not have!". We had met Vinnie Ferrone in a previous car buying experience 10 years ago. My wife and I needed to find a car with good gas mileage and plenty of space for our family. Craig Nachsin was the first salesperson we met with and spent a good deal of time with us showing different cars and plenty of space for our family. He went into great detail explaining all the options available to us to purchase a vehicle and was patient throughout all our questions and concerns. He really listened to our concerns and needs and made certain we were comfortable with our decision. We didn't want to buy a vehicle from the first location we visited and wanted to look around at other options prior to making a final decision. Craig was diligent in his effort to put us in a vehicle that evening, but he was far from pushy. It was getting late, and he knew we needed to think about our options and he encouraged us to take some time to think about our options and let him know of any further questions or concerns. We did go to some other locations over the next couple of days where we were met by salespeople who were relentless and clearly interested in only making a sale. We were in one dealership where we had to tell the sales manager repeatedly that we were not buying anything that evening and wanted our keys back (they had appraised our trade-in). Even if we had liked that vehicle better, I likely would not have bought at that facility simply because of the high pressure from the sales staff that I found to be irritating. In the end, we went back to Auto Park Honda and made our purchase with Craig. We love the Honda Accord, but the personal attention paid to us by Craig and the feeling we got that he was actually concerned about helping us make the best decision for our needs was a major factor in our decision to return to that dealership. I would highly recommend Auto Park Honda and Craig Nachsin to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V LX from AutoPark Honda dealership in Cary, NC. First, we got a very good quote over the Internet from Henry Meador of the Internet Sales Department. The price was more than $1500 less than MSRP on www,honda.com. This was a nice surprise for us and it gave a pleasant start to our purchasing experience. Then we stopped by the dealership and met Jim Cirimele, our sales person. Jim was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and excellent in organizing the whole sale and delivery process. We met first on Saturday and got the car we wanted next Wednesday fresh of the truck with just 4 miles on the odometer! The final negotiated price was lower than the initial Internet quote and it covered the $172 Hood Deflector accessory with installation that we wanted. CR-V LX is a basic model which does not leave much room for negotiations but Jim gave us better price than we got from 2 other dealerships. Overall, the whole purchasing process was very transparent; nobody tried to sell us anything we did not need. Vinnie Ferrone, the finance manager, is a true expert in his field. He got us 0.9% financing through Honda that was better than 1.99% we secured from our Credit Union. I would highly recommend Jim Cirimele and AutoPark Honda. More
