I was drawn to this dealership purely based on Internet quotes which were better than competitors. However, the Internet Sale Rep quote was wrong...But, the Sales personel (Eric and his manager) were able quotes which were better than competitors. However, the Internet Sale Rep quote was wrong...But, the Sales personel (Eric and his manager) were able to corret the damage and work things out to earn my business which they did. More

As female buying a car I am always on guard not wanting to be taken. I shopped for a vehicle for 3-4 months. Test drove 6, even the CRV at another dealer. I went to Auto Park Honda just to be sure of to be taken. I shopped for a vehicle for 3-4 months. Test drove 6, even the CRV at another dealer. I went to Auto Park Honda just to be sure of my choice of ruling out the CRV. The test drive was MUCH better than the first Honda dealer. Jeff was helpful, explained everything, and was not pushy when I told him I needed to think about the purchase. Even before I decided to buy everyone was respectful, pleasant and were all about customer service. I got a great deal without a bunch of going back and forth and sitting there for hours in negotiations. Other dealers should take lessons about how to treat a a single female walking into to their dealership wanting to buy a vehicle, 3 other dealers could have made a sale before I went to Auto Park Honda. More
