The thought of purchasing a new car was one I dreaded, partially because I loved my old car and partially because I expected the car buying experience to be...well...miserable. However, my experience was partially because I loved my old car and partially because I expected the car buying experience to be...well...miserable. However, my experience was anything but miserable at Auto Park Honda. And it all started with my sales person Ali. As soon as Ali approached myself and my friend in the lot, his warm smile and friendly demeanor put me at ease. He inquired about my needs in a very non-pushy way and made me feel comfortable. He was able to give me a great deal of information about the Honda Fit without coming across as pushing the car. The Honda Fit was not on the top of my list of cars I was considering, but Ali discussed the pros and (few) cons with me in a logical and helpful manner. Most of all though, Ali was a genuine person who laughed at our jokes and didn't treat us as just customers, but as people. Ali was honest and upfront and really made me feel that he was on my side and wanted me to have the best experience possible. I left the dealer the day I looked at the car I ultimately purchased to check around. I found all of the information that Ali relayed to be true and reliable. He was accessible when I had a question after I left and it was clear he was always willing to help out. Not once did I feel rushed, or pushed into anything with Ali. I just can't say enough about what an excelled experience I had with Ali as my sales person. I have had the car for only 2 days but have been telling anyone who will listen about how great Ali was. I am 100% certain that Ali is the reason I purchased the car when I did. I wasn't fully prepared to say good-bye to my old car, but I knew I was in goods hands with Ali, that he had my back for a good deal, and that I was making the best choice. Auto Park Honda really has a gem in Ali. I look forward to getting my car serviced at the Auto Park location and stopping in to say hello from time to time. He just is that nice of a guy.
