I can not remember a more pleasant experience in buying a car than this past at Honda AutoPark; and this was because not only of a good price paid for the chosen vehicle, but because of the outstanding servi car than this past at Honda AutoPark; and this was because not only of a good price paid for the chosen vehicle, but because of the outstanding service of a truly dedicated salesman. His name is Chris (Christopher ) Kenny. He was professional, courteous and as hard-working as they come. Knowledgeable - he was every minute detail of the cars as well as all parts of the service, promotions, and anything, since I, a Honda owner only, keep my cars a minimum of 10 years. His trustworthiness and friendly manner was immediate, which caused to forget the other 2 local dealerships I had visited and contacted. Chris's personal attitude made it clear to my wife and I instantly this was the person we wanted to help us decide. We met only twice on May 8 and 9 before we came to terms. Chris was not the regular salesman and we are in our sixties. He was down to earth, had no phony come-ons, could not have been more helpful,and was like a good friend form the initial handshake. Helpful is an understatement to describe Chris and customers like us appreciate someone like Chris who strives not to waste your time. We never felt any pressure as he answered our many accurate. Thoroughness seems to be his trademark. I must tell AutoPark Honda to definitely hang onto Chris Kenny. His personal personna makes him the top choice for anything he is considered for. However, Craig remained patient and answered all of our questions. When a woman walks into a car dealership, she prepares herself to be condescended to but this didn't happen. He talked to both of us with respect and when we ran into some trouble with my insurance company he stayed late and got us in touch with another insurance company who gave us a much better deal. By the time we had left there, we were all exhausted but he never lost his caring demeanor. It was excellent service and the reason I continue to buy all of my cars at Cary Autopark. More
