Dear judithmathieu11, I want to apologize for responding to your feedback so late. I am also sorry to hear that you felt lied to by your Sales Professional and that you had a horrible experience at our dealership. That is not what we strive for at AutoPark Honda of Cary. Regarding gas mileage, cars are in a climate controlled environment, on a smooth roller, without wind resistance, at a set speed of 55mph when they are tested for mpg. Every person drives differently, so there is no set mpg set by any dealership. The manufacturer tests each vehicle and sets the mpg for highway and city. Please come by our Service Department if you are still having issues with intermittent vibrations. Drive with a technician and duplicate the issue.
