Tim really helped to make my buying experience a great one! I liked how I never felt the least bit pressured. Any questions that I had about the car, he was able to give an answer. I think what really impressed me the most was his patience. As everyone knows, when purchasing a new car, there are new things about it you need to learn. I personally am not very tech savvy, therefore it takes me a little longer to comprehend all that the new Honda 2013 CRV has to offer. It's very impressive and a little intimidating. Tim took the time to make sure I felt comfortable about the car and how everything worked. He even offered for me to give him a call with any further questions I might have in the future.
