I personally am not very tech savvy, therefore it takes me a little longer to comprehend all that the new Honda 2013 CRV has to offer. It's very impressive and a little intimidating. Tim took the time to make sure I felt comfortable about the car and how everything worked. He even offered for me to give him a call with any further questions I might have in the future. I showed up to AutoPark Honda at around 5:30pm on a Saturday. The sales department closes at 6pm. I knew which car I wanted to test drive and I went inside to find assistance. Craig showed up and fro Saturday. The sales department closes at 6pm. I knew which car I wanted to test drive and I went inside to find assistance. Craig showed up and from the moment we met, through the moment I drove away in my new used car, Craig was smart, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for me. I test drove the car, loved it and wanted it. He did everything possible from almost 6pm until around 9pm to get me to leave with the car I wanted. Unfortunately, due to the lateness of my arrival, it was difficult for the finance office to get information from banks and payoff information for my trade-in vehicle. I left without my car that night. Craig was kind enough to call me on Sunday, even though he didn't have any updates. Monday was my day. I arrived and Craig was waiting for me! Everything went smoothly and I was probably in and out of there in about an hour. Craig made this my most pleasant car buying experience. I have already praised Craig to my friends and family. I can't wait for Craig to help them for their future car buying needs. More
