I showed up to AutoPark Honda at around 5:30pm on a Saturday. The sales department closes at 6pm. I knew which car I wanted to test drive and I went inside to find assistance. Craig showed up and from the moment we met, through the moment I drove away in my new used car, Craig was smart, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for me. I test drove the car, loved it and wanted it. He did everything possible from almost 6pm until around 9pm to get me to leave with the car I wanted. Unfortunately, due to the lateness of my arrival, it was difficult for the finance office to get information from banks and payoff information for my trade-in vehicle. I left without my car that night. Craig was kind enough to call me on Sunday, even though he didn't have any updates. Monday was my day. I arrived and Craig was waiting for me! Everything went smoothly and I was probably in and out of there in about an hour. Craig made this my most pleasant car buying experience. I have already praised Craig to my friends and family. I can't wait for Craig to help them for their future car buying needs. More

Our car purchase experience was overall very good, because we bought the car we looked for at a very competitive price. This is the most important factor affecting our review. The biggest problem we had though was that the waiting time for financing was way to long. We were told we could get the car on Friday, and the time was postponed several times, until Monday night, which affected my own work. It would be much more time efficient if we were told in the beginning that it had to be Monday. Anyways, the salesperson we were contacting, Jim Cirimele, was very friendly and helpful during the whole car buying process. We appreciate his honesty and hard work. More
