Charlie Bruce was great to work with. He has a gentle demeanor and did not pressure us about any part of the process. He showed us features of the car before, during and after the test drive. He knew the car from bumper to bumper. He explained both leasing and purchasing and the possible advantages of each. He went over all of the numbers in a clear, simple way, calculating the amount of monthly payments so we could decide how best to manage the financing. The car we wanted was not on the lot. Within 24 hours, Charlie had found "our car" and had it transferred to the Cary lot. When we went to take delivery, Charlie again reviewed the car's features and offered to set up our smart phone on the blue tooth in the car. Vinnie Ferrone made the detailed paperwork easy to understand, too. The entire process was relaxed and we know that we were treated with respect and appreciation for coming in to the dealership for our car. I decided to use this dealership because a co-worker recommended it and I was not getting very good customer service at another Honda dealer. (The other place didn't fully answer my questions, reply to recommended it and I was not getting very good customer service at another Honda dealer. They seemed disinterested in selling me a car & told me I was interrupting him when I called once!) But this dealership seemed more interested in helping me and in actually selling me a car! Mark Yingling promptly answered all my phone calls, seemed happy to answer questions and seemed fairly up front with me regarding the offer. He was available for my appointments, despite me being late... I just wish I didn't have to "haggle" about the price of the car and the amount I'd get for my trade-in. I also didn't appreciate the fast-talking sales pitch for the extended warranty and paint job, but I guess all dealerships do this. More
