We recently bought a Honda Odyssey EX-L from Autopark Honda, where we dealt with Tim Nelson. Tim has a very pleasant manner and was helpful and informative without being pushy (pushiness being something Honda, where we dealt with Tim Nelson. Malik Moss was wonderful!! I came in just to weigh my options since I was driving a vehicle that was only 4 years old but had 100,000 miles on it. In the past I've purchased only used vehicles with the t options since I was driving a vehicle that was only 4 years old but had 100,000 miles on it. In the past I've purchased only used vehicles with the thought that it wouldn't be cost effective to purchase new... Malik completely changed my point-of-view! For just a few dollars more than my previously used-high mileage vehicle payment, I'm now driving a brand new, fully loaded vehicle! The sale-man Craig was great but that was the end of the positive experience. Once the manager came to talk numbers everything changed. Fast talking, pushy and just plain deceptive.
