Took the car in for a check engine light emissions problem. I've seen this previously (no fault of Auto Park Honda, they previously addressed the issue successfully, but it decided to come back.) I told them I understood it wasn't dangerous to use the car, mostly I wanted to get a record of the CEL being on and let them think about whether they had any recommendations for how to proceed. I waited a bit and was thinking "This is taking some time" when Stephanie came up and told me what the problem was, and said since they had the parts in stock they went ahead and replaced them on warranty. Which was great, because now I don't need to come back, and given that they did the repair work, the time I waited was actually short and not long. As usual, a professional, timely, and very satisfying visit. I'm sort of running out of superlatives at this point, but I'll just say what I always do, Stephanie and the rest of the service team did a great job, I've never had a bad experience, and I strongly recommend anyone looking for Honda service or sales to give Auto Park Honda a try. It was good - only exception was that they were not prepared to deal with the fact that we did not have a title in hand for our trade in.
