Khaled Elridi was a pleasant and extremely knowledgeable person about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing as wel was a gratifying experience. He described the features of the Honda CR-V and then showed me where they were located on the dashboard. On our test drive he then illustrated all the features he described and again showed me their location. I was then able to try some of the features on my drive back to the showroom.
