I have been taking my vehicle to Auto Park for the past year after a local chain was dishonest and disrespectful. I have had a wonderful experience with the staff here in the service department. Calvin Ng was exceptionally helpful during my tire service appointment at Autopark Honda. Due to technical difficulties regarding my tire warranty coverage, the service appointment took exceedingly lo service appointment at Autopark Honda. Due to technical difficulties regarding my tire warranty coverage, the service appointment took exceedingly longer than expected. However, Calvin kept me informed, was responsive to any questions I had, and diligently communicated with all involved parties throughout the process. He even endured hour-long phone calls with warranty services in order to make the appointment go quicker. In the end, Calvin essentially converted a coverage misunderstanding into a positive outcome for his customer (i.e., me), who was unfairly and immaturely disgruntled the entire time admittedly. Once I learned of how much he was doing to reconcile the situation behind the scenes (which I was not completely aware of until after the fact), he then gained my ultimate respect. The hold up was not because of him or the dealership, yet he took it upon himself to better the situation as a whole. He even worked through his normal lunch break in order to make sure all of his current cases were taken care of and satisfied. It simply doesn't get much better than that. His customer service was exceptional, and the dealership followed suite, as per usual. I will continue to use this dealership going forward, as I always have.
