He took the time to show me hands on all of the technical and driving features of the MKZ. After coming back two days after the sale he solved a software question that I had with the Navigation system. He is very knowledgeable. The meeting with the Finance Manager was effortless as well. I was explained all dealer add ons, but was not pressured at all. I had second thoughts the next day about one feature that I had purchased and decided to cancel. This was done with a smile.
