Test drive a pre-owned minivan I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Bedgood at Leith Toyota. I showed up with my 4 year old to test drive a minivan. My Car Buying Experience at Leith Toyota I would like to thank Mark Hay of Leith Toyota at 8005 Capital Boulevard, Raleigh North Carolina for helping me drive off with a new Toyota 4Runne I would like to thank Mark Hay of Leith Toyota at 8005 Capital Boulevard, Raleigh North Carolina for helping me drive off with a new Toyota 4Runner. Mark and the management of Leith Toyota gave me a great trade in value on my old truck and a good deal on my new 4Runner that made me very happy. On Monday, March 6th. I drove onto the Leith lot looking for some alternatives to the current vehicle I was driving. At that point I was looking to make a purchase 6 to 8 months down the road and not ready to buy. Mark was still more than happy to give me a test drive in a new 4Runner and answer all of many questions in detail as we drove along the back roads of Raleigh. When we got back to the lot Mark explained the other options on 4Runners and said he would be happy to order me one with the options I desired. Since I really the the Red 4Runner with the Trail package that I test drove, I went home with the first vehicle I test drove. Because I was short on time, Mark bent over backwards to get much of the paperwork out of the way. When I got back from my appointment Mark had the rest of my paperwork done and ready for the finance man. After the deal was done, Mark helped me clean out all the stuff from my old truck. Then showed me how to use the navagation system in the new 4Runner and helped pair up my blue tooth phone with the SUV too. Mark Hay made sure that I had a great experience buying from Leith. Bad sales manager Went to buy a Toyota, Tom was a great salesman. We were given the a wrong monthly pmt, when it was brought up, the mgr blaimed me the customer.
