As you know, you have to be wary of sales people as they could be pushy and aggressive… not the case with Natalia, she made me feel comfortable and rather than pushing me to buy, she made it, as she called it “an information day” and an information day it was. She explained everything I needed to know about the car and then some. Overall, amazing experience at Leith Toyota, I will be stopping by in coming weeks to make my purchase, but only from Natalia.
