Poor Service This dealership has gone down hill. I waited a year for a warranty part to get replaced. Then made an appointment only to arrive and be told it's for This dealership has gone down hill. Then made an appointment only to arrive and be told it's for 30 minutes later, which I wouldn't have done since I needed to be at a doctor appointment. ( I do not work so I am very flexible on time I can come) But I do try to group things if at all possible since I live almost an hour away. And this weekend my husband had to clean battery terminals on my daughters new corolla., I do not know what kind of check they are doing but obviously not looking under the hood. She drives in from Durham. Ridiculous for either of us to drive past other Toyota dealers only to get bad service. More
