Went to Len Lyall first and were warmly greeted by Naro who “read us like a book”; He listened to all our requests. He didn’t press. Then, after hearing what we were looking for he offered options that fit our needs, handed us keys, waited for us to go through each vehicle without making assumptions, and then sent us off to test drive our top pick. We went to several other dealerships but we either didn’t receive the same service or professionalism or the vehicle options weren’t as good. Couldn’t believe we found our perfect fit at the first place we looked at and without any headaches! Easy. No hassles.
