If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a 2017 Land Rover Discovery from Auto Lending Group on July 6, 2025. During the short 15-minute test drive, the car seemed fine. Less than a month later (August 4), the vehicle broke down. I also purchased a full Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) based on what the manager (Halim) and salesperson (Taylor) told me: that it was bumper-to-bumper and I could take it anywhere for repairs, including Land Rover. That was a huge part of why I felt comfortable buying the car. Turns out, that was a lie. When the car broke down, I called the warranty company (Auto Assure), and they told me I couldn’t take it “anywhere”—I had to go to Auto Lending Group’s own shop due to a clause called a "tie-back.” I never would’ve agreed to that. I called the dealership, and the finance manager Kris just doubled down and said I had to bring it in to them. I didn’t trust them anymore and declined. After multiple calls and emails, I finally got permission in writing from the dealership to take the car to Land Rover. Land Rover diagnosed it the next day: over $16,200 in repairs needed. The car is basically unusable. Then, Auto Assure denied the claim anyway, saying the dealer never approved it—despite written approval. I called the VSC rep again (Terri), and he became aggressive, wouldn’t share his full contact info, and refused to communicate in writing. So now I have: A car that cost $15,900 A repair bill of $16,200 A warranty that covers nothing A dealership that misled me from the start I’ve emailed Auto Lending Group demanding they take the car back and refund all money spent. I will not deal with them any other way going forward. This place cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs. More
We purchased a 2017 BMW and upon driving away from purchasing the engine light went on. We immediately called and salesman said they'd take care of it and to come back next morning. Upon returning the purchasing the engine light went on. We immediately called and salesman said they'd take care of it and to come back next morning. Upon returning they had their mechanic take a look and stated they couldn't find anything wrong and there was nothing they could. After getting upset they said they could have their mechanic take a look and see if they could find anything. We decided to take it to our mechanic which we have trust in. He found they put in the wrong type of oil filter and was not place properly. This repair was $200, we crossed our fingers but within three weeks the engine light came on again, we took back to our mechanic and they found an engine coolant problem paid $850 to repair. Then after two weeks of repair engine light came on again. We took vehicle to BMW dealer and they ran smoke through engine and showed us on video of where the crack was in the engine $300 charge. To repair this would be between 8-10,000 dollars. We ended up trading in vehicle at a $6000 loss to us plus repair costs of $1350. Run away from this place, mechanic told there was no way they didn't know about this problem. More

I live 2 1/2 hours away so I was concerned as to when we were going to be able to get down there to test drive and see the car. Mark offered to take a deposit over the phone to hold the car. At first I didn't want to do that, but after he explained it was totally refundable if it wasn't the car of my dreams so I decided to go ahead and do it. I am so glad I did, we got down there, drove the car and bought it. Mark had the paperwork ready and we were out of there about an hour later. Very fast, Very efficient, very friendly people. No pressure. I would highly recommend this dealer 100 times over. So happy. More

Got to the lot, and the car was at the shop getting a new battery. So salesman says he will take us over to it and does. Then suddenly the car is not available, but guess what he has 5 lots full of other cars....so we look around the lots and find nothing that interests my kid, and leave. I was annoyed at that point. So 2 days later my kid calls back about the car and is told it would be ready later that day and we are good to go, then an hour later he calls back and says the car did not qualify as it was 11 years old.(I had pressed the salesman hard about this at our first visit and was told the credit union made an "exception") I called back and asked what the xxxx was going on and was told by another salesman that it was a mistake and the other sales guy was wrong, and they wanted to make it up to my kid. So my kid and salesman#2 worked all afternoon, to find another car that would fit his budget and his needs. Settled on a 2006 GT mustang with very low miles. So they talked to the bank and negotiated a deal, my son accepted terms and we drove an hour and half to go pick up the car. Got to the dealership and the car was not there.....was on another lot, so salesman#2 went and got it for the test drive. During the test drive, my son was notified that the car had just been sold...to someone else, but guess what he has 5 more lots to look at...... I was pissed at this point and let then know what I thought of the situation. 30 min later salesman started to text my son that he wanted another chance at our business and would offer a 6 mo warranty and a free tank of gas. We asked him to honor either one of the deals his office set up and approved. They declined. So 3 hours driving wasted and a tank and a half of gas wasted.....but hey they have 5 lots pick a car any car, just not the one you want. More
