I went to Lenihan to test drive a wrangler. Chris the salesperson came outside introduced himself and showed me around. We went on a test drive and I really liked the wrangler. I saw a used vehicle on their website that looked like an interesting deal. I filled out their online quote form with my information and the information on my trade and information on what I was looking for interesting deal. I received an e-mail back saying that it sounds great and asking when I can make it in. I responded saying that I was on the fence about coming in and I asked further questions about the vehicle they had for sale. I also stated that I may be able to make it in that Saturday. The response I received was, "I will be there from 9am to 4:30pm. Looking forward to meeting you." None of my questions were answered at all. I really felt like he was just trying to get me in the dealership. I answerd back with my conserns and the response I received was in all caps saying that they were not trying to be evasive, but they need to appraise my car before they can give me a quote. I totally understand that but none of the questions I asked about the car they were selling were answered either. I really felt uncomfortable with the whole situation so I replied that I would just keep my car or look elsewhwere. The next reponse I received was, "GOOD IDEA...." I will never even consider this dealership again. More

I found the car I wanted on Autotrader.com, but it was 200 miles away in New Jersey (I'm in Virginia). The salesman, Chris, could not have been more personable, friendly, and helpful. He gave me a detailed description of the truck, including a full and frank discussion of its few cosmetic scratches. He took my trade information, and then passed me over to Mike, the finance guy, to discuss terms. Mike was up-front, clear, and no "smoke." We got a deal done in twenty minutes, pending appraisal of my trade. If these two gentlemen hadn't been absolutely top-notch and straightforward, I would never have driven four hours to get the car. But after dealing with them both on the phone and then in person, I would do it again without hesitation. Best car buying experience I've ever had, and I'm delighted with my new truck. More

My husband and I were looking online for a decent car with good gas mileage for our son because he will be commuting to graduate school. Everyone we talked to there was great but Bruce really went out of his way to accommodate us. The car was still in the shop getting detailed and he showed it to us and we test drove it and loved it. The next morning we called and told Bruce we wanted the 2003 Honda Civic LX and that we would be in but were really on a time constraint. He promised that we would be out of the dealer in less than 2 hours. He delivered on his promise and then some. He really was unbelievable. He was very friendly and professional. We were offered food and drinks while waiting for the paper work even though the paper work did not take long at all. I've been to many car dealers in the past and have spent my entire day there. AT Lenihan we were in and out in no time and still had the rest of our day to do what ever we wanted. I would send all of my personal friends and family to this dealer. I will not use any other dealer in the future because Lenihan is my new dealer. I cant wait to go back and get another car. More

However, I wanted something small but with some more room for storage and possibly somewhat of a back seat. I purchased my MR2 from Lenihan last summer, so I decided to give them a shot again to see what they have. Their service on the MR2 was excellent. The check engine light went on a week after purchasing the car . Since I bought the extended warranty and they have their own warranty, which guarantees state inspection I brought the MR2 back for them to check out.With the Check engine light on it won't pass inspection. I left the car with Frank in service and he was able to fix the problem within a couple of days. Since they had to order a couple of parts from Toyota is the reason it took a couple of days instead of being repaird while I wait. They were very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I drove by their dealership and what did I see sitting on the front lawn ? A red MINI convertible. I drove in and spoke to Bruce, who is one of their best salesmen. I checked out the car and drove it. It was excellent and I was ready to buy. After a little back and forth with the price, I bought the car. They gave me a very fair deal on my trade also.
