I took my 2022 Chevy Silverado in for service due to transmission problem. They had my truck for almost 3 months. I got it back and was able to drive it for three days and it did the same thing that I o transmission problem. They had my truck for almost 3 months. This is starting to really irritate me. I don’t think it’s fair that I’m paying on a truck that’s almost already spent a quarter of the year in y’all shop . More

This was the best sales experience i have had in many years. I initially went in to compare models of trucks. The Salesman and his trainee were great. He was very knowledgeable about the different model years. I initially went in to compare models of trucks. The Salesman and his trainee were great. He was very knowledgeable about the different models they offered and answered all my questions. No sales gimmicks and no high pressure sales tactics. Just honest information to allow me to make my own decision. I initially went in to compare new model trucks, but found a 2022 vehicle in excellent condition still under Mfg. warranty, with the engine size i wanted. Everyone i met was friendly and helpful. I will be recommending them to friends and family. More

If I could leave zero stars I would. The service department had my car for 6 weeks and gave it back to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I took it to them because the che The service department had my car for 6 weeks and gave it back to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I took it to them because the check engine light was on and need it to pass inspection. 6 whole weeks later they tell me it’s ready, I pick it up, the check engine light is still on, it still runs just as bad as when it was dropped off, didn’t pass inspection and now the two from windows miraculously have broken regulators. They were not like that when I dropped it off. They seriously gave me my car back with my windows taped up. What did I pay $1794 for?? Nothing was fixed. It is in worse condition now. When I questioned her about my windows, the service manager Victoria told me that they dont work on vehicles that are 10 years old or have over 100,000 miles on them because additional problems can arise while being repaired. (My car is not 10 years old nor does it have that many miles). So be aware when considering purchasing a vehicle from them, they may not want to do future repairs. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received with Leo Martin. More
