Typically have a great relationship here but had a very bad experience on 8/13/25. Was told that they could not honor the warranty on my battery because it had been purchased at another dealership and that bad experience on 8/13/25. Was told that they could not honor the warranty on my battery because it had been purchased at another dealership and that the cost would be $250. Only when I told them I would drive to the other dealership and get the battery replaced there did they decide to honor the warranty, but by that point, I had already made up my mind. Timothy was great on Monday, but Emiliegh made this call on Wednesday, and I am seriously considering whether or not I will return. Either training needs to be improved and/or clarified, or I was directly lied to in order to squeeze an extra $200 out of me. More
