I got a new Chrysler Town and Country 2013 to replace my 2005 that I bought from Tally's in Point Pleasant Nov. 2004, as most of you know Tally's is no longer in business. I am a Senior and have bought a lot of cars, but I have never had a better experience buying a car as I did at Lester Glenn. He answered all of my questions and was not pushy like many other dealers. I test drove a 2012 Durango and it was a great ride. He spoke to his manager David Rasiardi and they gave me a good price on the 2012 SXT. Dave came out to greet me and said how sorry he was about me losing my van. I lost my van driving to work during hurricane Sandy, so I needed a car. Bobby and Dave were great to deal with, they could have tried to take advantage of me because they knew I had no car, but they didn't. They said they would do everything they could to get me a car I could afford. I asked Bobby to get me a price on a 2013 Durango with a Hemi so I could get the idea out of my mind even though I knew I couldn't afford that one. The number came back high like I thought, but then Dave gave Bobby a great lease number for me, because after he checked I qaualified for a hurricane discount and if I could provide a letter from my insurance stating my van was totalled they could give me additional discounts. I told Bobby I wanted to test drive the Chevy Traverse before I made a decision. He drove me to see the 2013 first and it was the perfect color blue. I sat inside and after hearing the Hemi and playing with all the modern technology and toys in it as Bobby was explaining them to me I fell in love. Thats when I realized that this was the best deal I could find because I absolutely could not afford the Durango Crew. I told Bobby I didn't want to see the Traverse anymore, I wanted this one. He seemed shocked because I was firm about test driving the Traverse. He called the dealership and said he needed keys to move the other cars in front of mine because it was in the middle of the storage lot. I drove the 2013 back to the dealership and a short time later I drove home with it a happy man! I would recomend dealing with Bobby Sweeney if you go to Lester Glenn, he is one of the best I have ever dealt with. More

We visited this dealer anticipating another headache of a car shopping experience, but we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted immediately and only had to reference the name of the person we had spoken car shopping experience, but we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted immediately and only had to reference the name of the person we had spoken to, and within two minutes they had pulled the used vehicle we were interested in around to the front for us to drive. No waiting while they tried to figure out what/where it was, find keys/plates, etc. We gave them our price, and even though it was far below what they were willing to consider, they kept working with us and wound up settling only $200 above our offer and over $1500 below theirs. Bobby is an excellent salesman. He is genuine (rare in this game), reasonable and very friendly. Our ONLY complaint, which was not his fault, was that the entire process took almost five hours. This appeared to be because several people were buying cars at the same time, and everyone in the place was happy. I don't think I have ever actually recommended a dealer before, but I would send anyone here and definitely tell them to ask for Bobby! More

He took his time and with great detail, showed us multiple vehicles and ventured on several test drives. When we finally sat down to discuss numbers, a deal was not made. During that following week, I was surprised and happy to see that we didn't get hounded with follow-up phone calls. Several days later, we visited another dealership and found the staff to be not so accommodating. Finally, we came back to Lester Glenn and requested to work with Michael once more. Though he was working with other customers, he still managed to speak with us and eventually we were able to deal with him. After making a final vehicle decision, we were successfully able to come to a price agreement. I'm not surprised at how busy the dealership was that day because Michael, as well as the other salespersons and managers, made the entire experience pleasant. I highly recommend Michael to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

I have owned 5 Grand Cherokee Laredos so this is my 6th Jeep....I decided to downsize to help economize on gas, but did not want to give up the pep of the Laredo nor the convenience of a SUV. I have found this Patriot to be perfect for me at this stage in life. My experience with Mr. Applegate was that he was particularly efficient & made the paperwork aspect of buying a real breeze..it was quick, accurate & pleasant. More
