Our sales rep, Joseph DeRosa, greeted us and was willing to take on our challenge. He asked us a few questions up front to help guide us in the right direction. He wasn't that stereotypical salesman where you feel like your being worked over from the moment you step into the dealership. He had that, "lets have fun and see if we can get you in the right car" type of attitude. The experience was great and my mother left with her new car. The transaction was smooth thanks to Joe. I recommend this dealership and more importantly, I recommend you ask for Joe. More
