I am happy to take this opportunity to acknowledge the experience I had at Lester Glenn Buick. I have been a Lincoln owner for nearly thirty years. I believe they have priced themselves out of the marke experience I had at Lester Glenn Buick. I have been a Lincoln owner for nearly thirty years. I believe they have priced themselves out of the market; at least my market. I intended to keep an open mind and visit all the local dealerships before making a decision. After visiting a Honda dealership, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their Accord and CRV. Another day, second stop, Lester Glenn Buick. My search ended there. After being shown some vehicles, I spotted a dark blue regal; your representative, Heather, was so accommodating; nothing was too much trouble. She answered all my questions and very patiently explained every amenity in the vehicle. What a beautiful car! Heather worked with me until we agreed on a fair lease price. She was always very professional and courteous. Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with. Last night, I visited the dealership one last time, with a close friend, to help me with this important decision. In Heather's absence (it was her day off) Joe stepped in. He was also so helpful, explaining other important details about the product. Joe was vastly knowledgable and personable. What a nice gentleman. I am thankful to both Heather and Joe for making this car leasing experience such a pleasure. This afternoon, Dan sat with me going though the paperwork. Dan was also very friendly, accomodating and efficient. Heather and Dan had everything prepared, knowing I had limited time on my "lunch hour." Dan explained and reviewed everything carefully. I will be returning in a few short hours, to pick up my new leased Buick Regal turbo. What a positive experience. We compared prices for our new GMC Dinali with at least three other dealers. Ryan kept in touch via phone and email and finally gave us the best competitive price. Mike Amarando was the BEST combination of professional, knowledgeable, attentive salesman, but never pushy. Mke answered my questions thoroughly so I could make my own decisions - he never pushed me into one. He followed up appropriately, but did not 'pester' me with endless, pointless phone calls and emails like many other dealers I had visited. I wanted a specific item added to my car and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I took delivery of the car while Mike made arrangements for the added item. Mike ushered me through the entire process, including dropping my car of, getting the loaner, etc. Mike always explained what was happening, what to expect, what my next steps were...I never felt forgotten or uninformed. EXCELLENT customer service. I now have EXACTLY the car I wanted, at a price I was comfortable with, and I couldn't be happier. More
