I have leased trucks for the last 15 years. About 3 months age, I started my due diligence to find a new vehicle lease. The journey was filled with bait and swictch techniques, price not as advertised, couldn't quote a monthly payment because their leasing calculator was broken - but we have nice used trucks, a t/o from internet to a salesman who was busy and the next one ran to get keys without even introducing himself to me and very obnoxious when I said I did not want to drive the truck today. Needless to say, I almost gave up my search for an honest dealership to do business with. I did this via the internet, with a t/o to Mike the General Sales Manager who called me the next morning, gave me real numbers, and Daniel Suarez took it from there through delivery. The transaction was almost too good to be true. I felt very comfortable and there was no pressure during the process. Tom Peters wrote a book entitled "In Search of Excellenc" that was my business bible years ago, and it looks like the Lester Glenn people know about excellence. Ed took the time to explain all the vehicle's features and answer all off our questions about service, finance, etc. Ed made 100% sure that we were happy, well informed and that the truck was just right for us.
