Sam Johnson, salesman was great! We were out of town when we found just the car we were wanting and drove over to drive it. Since this was not a part of our plan we had some set back We were out of town when we found just the car we were wanting and drove over to drive it. Since this was not a part of our plan we had some set backs for purchasing the vehicle,(not dealer problems) but the fact that it was the Memorial Day weekend, our Banks were not open. The guys in the parts department were extremely helpful and were able to get the part ordered and put onto my car in a more than reasonable amount of time. They were also able to get my car fixed and back up and running in a matter of hours even though they had to work me into the schedule because they weren't sure when the part would be in so we couldn't make an appointment. I am ALWAYS completely satisfied with my entire experience whenever I need to service my vehicle at Lester Raines. More

However, I was very happy that they took care of recall issue and on their own initiative ordered part (at no cost as it was covered under warranty) to fix something else that kept a dash symbol lighted all the time. The service was friendly and except for long wait time, I was very satisfied. More
