But, they will offer me a savings of $800 if I purchase a new car from them. They are HORRIBLE!!!!!! More

Satisfied service Changing transmission fluid corrected a slippage problem, where as I reported this to be engine possibly missing. I attempted calling back to report problem solved but was unable to reach Sevice Coordinator, Mike. Other service required was oil and filter change and transfer casing oil replaced. Optional part was battery in key replaced. Reasonable charge for all services rendered. Technician, Alicia Pauley, did a great job. Service Coordinator, Mike, was very professional and treated me with utmost respect. Last comment is timing in and out was great, no wait and work done promtly and quickly. Thank you.
