Kurt was receptive to our adjusted needs (originally we wanted an Odyssey), and found a vehicle to match our revised needs. At our request he supplied information on an appropriate extended warrantee that matched my driving habits. I love my car, but thought I should have gotten more for my trade-in. Having trouble pairing my cellphone with the bluetooth feature. The steering device doesn't want to work to answer or hangup the phone my trade-in. Having trouble pairing my cellphone with the bluetooth feature. I can manually answer the phone on my cellphone and it comes through the vehicle speakers, so I plan to take the veicle back to see if they could solve the problem. I checked with Verizon, my cell phone carrier and they said if it is coming through the vehicle speakers then the cell phones bluetooth is working, but shows not being paired on vehicle device. 1/20/14 - Today it snow and it did great, so far. I traded a Ford Exployer Sport Trac, 4 wheel Drive, loaded to the max, but had over 183,000 miles on it for this small SUV, so we will see. Tim Russell was nice and did a great job and I would buy another vehicle from him. I have been looking for a vehicle for months, at least he stayed with me, didn't pass me off to another salesman, and even called to follow up in a few days, he gets an "A". I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership because of the Mazda Manager, Tim Russell. I'm a 24 year old young professional that was looking into buying a Mazda 3. This was my experience: I came in and Tim was the only salesman currently there. I told him that I would like to test drive the Mazda 3. He said you'll have to buy it first. I laughed at this assumed joke. He then said no seriously how are you going to pay for it. I said I will be financing. He then asked if it was my first car and I said yes. He began to raise his voice and told me that financing would not be possible. You need to have your mom or dad or uncle here to cosign for you. And I told him my credit score is 770 and other dealerships have offered financing. He said no you can't finance they take into account other things like if you've had a car before and your credit history (credit score?). You can't test drive the car. I kept my cool and told him that I would pay in cash then (which was most likely my plan all along). He was speechless for a second and then asked me how I had that much money, my parents? When it was all my earned money. I test drove the vehicle and left. The next day I sent a stern but composed email telling him that he was an xxx the night before and treated me with zero respect and I had taken my business elsewhere. He responded with "MY mother told me if I didn't have anything nice to say not to say anything at all" I've never encountered that type of customer service and disrespect anywhere let alone from someone who sells cars. I went to a handful of the other dealerships in the area and enjoyed my experience. I'd recommend avoiding this one. More
