This place was a TOTAL scam! Car listed as "excellent paint" had numerous chips and scrathes. White paint spilled in rear of "excellent interior". AND on top of all that, tried to sell a car that was KBB listed as worth $7,500 for $17,000 (dealer financed and in violation of NY State usury laws). The only way you should buy a car from him is at the liquidation sale, as I intend to make a stink with both NY City and NY State Attorneys General until SOMEONE does something about this obvious CROOK.
