I don’t have any issues with Tim, the service advisor. My issues is getting charged $40 for a tire rotation on a new car. I was told this was included when I bought my car. I have been a long time VW customer, and this is my dealership of choice. Even my mom has bought multiple vehicles from this dealership, and I’ve been coming since high school. I find it ridiculous you chose to charge for a tire rotation. I’m not looking forward to coming back.
