This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The service department is clueless and I was told one thing by one person and something entirely different is what I actually got. Bought a suv from Lexington Park, Purchase was 5 star, but service center has been 1 star from beginning. I have utilized the Ford APP to schedule all my oil changes. The first one took them 3.5 hours to but service center has been 1 star from beginning. I have utilized the Ford APP to schedule all my oil changes. The first one took them 3.5 hours to complete a basic oil change even though I had an appointment. It wasnt until I started questioning where my vehicle was and why it wasnt done that all of a sudden it got done. They did provide me a free oil change to make up for my wait but that was only after I left a bad review. I have had a few oil changes since then, again long waits. Just recently I submitted 3 times for a appointment and received confirmation emails advising someone would call me, each time, I waited a day or 2 and then when I received no call, I requested another again through the app with Confirmation email received. So today after not receiving a call, I stop in and they tell me they dont know what I am talking about and they can give me the appointment I requested 1st request was 2 weeks ago. No they cant get me in for a basic oil change until June 25th at the earliest. More
