However, on July 3, my perception of the car dealerships changed, for the better. I had made the decision to purchase a newer model of the current vehicle I had, a Lexus CT200h. I visited the Lexus of Escondido website, and found a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was contacted by phone within an hour of my inquiry, and an appointment was made with the car dealership the following morning. The next day during my appointment, it was discovered that the vehicle I had chosen have been sold the night before. I was directed to another vehicle, shown all the stats, and it appeared to be an excellent second choice. During the entire process, I felt like a valued customer; I was treated with respect. Based on my experience with Lexus of Escondido, my apprehensions with looking for a new vehicle have changed. I love my new vehicle, and I look forward to being a part of this dealerships family for many years to come! More

Everyone that I had contact with during and after the purchase of my RX450h has been very friendly and wanting to help me with any thing I needed or any questions I had about purchasing my RX450h. When it was time to work with Cyrus in the finance department he was very welcoming he had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. It was a very positive experience and Cyrus said if I had any questions after I leave to give him a call. When it was time to take my RX450h back to Lexus Escondido to have body side molding installed. I worked with Cindy in the service department to setup a time and date to drop off my RX450h. This was another very positive experience. This has been the best dealership that I’ve worked with to purchase a new car. We agreed to this and we were given adequate periodic updates on the production and arrival date of the SUV which we understand can vary depending on many variables. But in the end it was worth the wait and we loved the RXL when we finally picked it up. They were friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this dealership especially Attila and Bob. The financing encounter with Cyrus was frill free and low pressure for suggested optional service or protection. More
