They all greet people as though that person is the most important person to walk through the door and they seem to genuinely care about the product they represent...they don't just "sell or service"..they actually care about Lexus and what that brand stands for. Rare in this era of "make more money"..persons who care about their product and their customers...shown in part by their use of "CLIENT"..rather than customer...a "client" is not just concern with cost..but with true value of the business he/she utilizes!! This dealership is one reason why although I may buy another brand for a different purpose, for a safe and luxurious ride that is fun to drive...Lexus has become my favorite and I will only buy at this, MY Lexus dealership! Good Experience In for 30,000 mile maintenance, all went well with this maintenance.
