awesome experience Had a good experience from start to finish ..the service rep. took down what I feel i needed to have done ..they later called to inform me of another Had a good experience from start to finish ..the service rep. took down what I feel i needed to have done ..they later called to inform me of another problem and asked if i wanted to have that fixed too ..my key was broken and i did not even realize it could be fixed to work and look like a brand new key ..and the price was reasonable ..the work was performed in a timely manner and i always have good service done by trained technicians ,,i feel very confident leaving this dealership knowing my car is in good shape BTW it is a 2006 that I bought in 2005 and i still think of it as my new Lexus ..just a few cosmetic details that could be taken care of it ..and it looks and feels like a new car..oh and they actually called me when the car was done More

Tire replacement at Lexus My experience with Lexus was daunting at first and that is because I didn't know about the construction going on there. After getting into the servic My experience with Lexus was daunting at first and that is because I didn't know about the construction going on there. After getting into the service area I was immediately addressed the agent who would hear my reasons for bringing in my vehicle. The office and the agent was very clean and the agent was very efficient. After taking my information and making sure that I was signing off on what I had said I was told that I could have a loaner vehicle but I chose to wait. The reception area was very clean and inviting. Lexus has free Wifi service that I could take advantage of along with other amenities such as clean toilets, cafe with free coffee, cookies and tea and much more. More

Not happy Had an appointment at 12:15. Was 5 minutes late. Was told “they” should have never given me an appointment at that time and that it may take 1 and a Had an appointment at 12:15. It was done quicker but to tell me the woman that made my appointment was wrong made no sense to me. Said there was nothing he could do about it because the schedulers were in another building and the union demanded lunch. More
